When will my order ship?

We typically pack and dispatch our products within 24 hours of receiving your order on working days (Monday to Saturday). In case of any delay, we will inform you via email, call, or WhatsApp. We strive to ensure that you receive your product as quickly as possible.

We use renowned courier services to dispatch our jewelry, and it usually takes 2-5 days to reach its destination. You can also track your order on our tracking page or via WhatsApp.

Do you take Insurance of the package?

Yes, we insure all packages above 2,000 INR to protect against any loss during transit. Please note: This insurance is only applicable for forward shipments and not for returns, whether shipped by the customer or when we generate a pickup.
